Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@naturawelles.com before sending any items back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Items without their original packaging
3. Return Process
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.
Please include your order number and proof of purchase inside the package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting your returned item.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
